Business and Industry Garanteed Program

The B&I (Business and Industry) guaranteed program is offered through the Department of Rural Development by the USDA.  This program promotes business expansion in rural areas.Loan proceeds may be used for:

• Working capital
• Purchase machinery or equipment
• Commercial real estate
• Refinance
